Ilene H. Christ gained razor-sharp sales and negotiation skills as well as an ease with numbers during her 14 years as trader on Wall Street. While in New York, she also obtained an exquisite sense of urban living at its best, all of which she brings to her real estate clients today. Residing in Dallas since 2001, she specializes in vertical living.

She has renovated and re-sold several of her own high rise properties through the years, and she knows how to spot a good “re-do.” This, along with her analytical approach to a property’s market history, allows her to find good condominiums with future investment potential for her clients. Ms. Christ’s focus on urban living is also reflected in her volunteer activities. She is an active member of the Turtle Creek Association, the Friends of the Katy Trail and the Lee Park and Arlington Hall Conservancy. In 2008, she served on the committee to “Light Up Lee Park.”.
